Can anyone tell me what "exclusive surrounds" could mean?
I guess that "bordures privatives" doesn't fit for a swiss alps chalet.

Context: "Highest possible standard of furnishings and luxuries.
Spacious and exclusive surrounds.
Ideal for guests requiring the very best in both quality and luxury."
