C'est apparemment un élément de complexe minier, un endroit où l'on peut se rendre.
Contexte : il faut porter un chargement du "coal transfer" à la coal mine.
A ce que j'ai trouvé, coal transfer serait un diminutif de transfer plant, mais j'ai du mal à visualiser ce que c'est.

c'est simplement un endroit ou le charbon est transféré dans des 'cars' soit des wagons pour le transporter ailleurs
