Mousqueton


Explanation:
Un mousqueton est un anneau métallique possédant un système d'ouverture facile. On peut y glisser une corde, un anneau ou s'en servir comme point d'attache. C'est un connecteur utilisé en particulier dans des activités demandant l'utilisation d'un baudrier : alpinisme, escalade, spéléologie, via ferrata, travail en hauteur (protection contre les chutes)...

C'est cela: "travail en hauteur (protection contre les chutes)" qui m'a donne l'idee.
