Loos like a typo either way, but hard to know which it might be — one wrong letter, or several missed out?
Can you find out any more about these particular wheelchairs?
It seems to me that 'accumulator' is more likely, simply because it says 'with', suggesting this could be something that might or might not be supplied with the chair; whereas one would have to assume that the 'actuator' was an integral part of it... but all this is pure supposition, of course |
