I have a hard time to translate the term "rate shop". Thanks
Here is the context:
I believe the two are related where if you can't see the rate under rate inquiry you won't see it under rate shop.I have an issue where the rate is not only not showing up in the TPT rate shop but the Rate inquiry as well.
