Explanation:
A voir l'orthographe de votre texte, c'est traduit de l'Inouit par un Mongol.

Pour "Airscrip", je ne vois qu'"air strip", soit piste d'atterrissage.
Les "charge ordres or Airscrip" me semblent faire référence aux droits d'atterrissage (sur un aéroport).

Votre texte me laisse rêveur (à moins que les fautes de frappe ne soient les vôtres ?)

Scrip = argent


Explanation:
Pendant la guerre les troupes etaient payees en "Scrip". Argent qui ne valait rien en dehors des magazins militaires. La meme chose s'applique ici: Ce sont des devises de societes, utilisables uniquement sur un porteur, pour le transport de passagers ou de fret sur une seul ou une groupe de lignes aeriennes.
