agree  Stéphanie Soudais: oui je pense aussi qu'il s'agit de "something to be discovered", mais je trouve que "terre inconnue" ne va pas bien dans ce contexte

agree  Claire Chapman: This is the right idea, I think. The text probably wanted to avoid the unbitten apple/sin analogy so they went with peach. To me, it would have been better to go with unbitten grape or fruit :-) & it might be a good idea to avoid a “pêche/péché” analogy.

C’est ce qu’on dirait un peu trivialement d’un vin prometteur, qui a du battant, qui recèle de bonnes surprises au nez et en bouche.

un petit délice à découvrir

je pense comme Cora qu'il s'agit du "fruit" que l'on n'a encore jamais goûté; mais je trouve maladroit de garder le mot "pêche" pour décrire un vin

je propose donc
- un (nouveau) petit délice/bijou à découvrir
- une (nouvelle) douceur/merveille à découvrir
