Bus/Financial - Accounting | | English term or phrase: after-tax salary | Im Glossar steht bei "after-tax" zweimal "Verdienst nach Abzug von Steuern". Aber könnte man es nicht einfach nur mit "Nettolohn" übersetzen? Das würde wesentlich eleganter klingen. Vielen Dank im Voraus für die Bestätigung!

Es wird eh definiert: "base salary (excluding bonuses etc) after applicable taxes and social charges have been deducted". Das hieß bei uns immer Nettogehalt. Nachdem Zulagen etc. abgezugen werden, ist es das Nettogrundgehalt.

Netto*grund*gehalt deshalb, weil in deinem Fall die Überstunden und sonstige Zulagen/Zuschläge abgezogen werden, die bei uns jedoch zum Gehalt zählen. Damit unterscheidet es sich unter Umständen von dem auf der Gehaltsabrechnung ausgewiesenen Nettogehalt. |
