What information do I need to enter the down payment request?

The amount and the date of the down payment (checked previously as compared with the sales order)
The customer SAP number
The ***CGS code*** required to enter the down payment
The number of the company for which I wish to create the down payment request
The down payment due date
The number of the sale order relating to the down payment

CGS codes allow the system to allocate certain transactions to different accounts from the reconciliation account indicated in the vendor record.
