[noch]nicht geltend gemachte Kapitalverluste Explanation: I’m only answering this because nobody has so far. So let’s pretend for a moment that I’m a tax specialist (I’m not, see my CL) I checked the definition for “capital loss” provided on this excellent Canadian tax site: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tax/individuals/topics/income-tax/r... where its says: “You have a capital loss when you sell, or are considered to have sold, a capital property for less than its adjusted cost base plus the outlays and expenses involved in selling the property. “ >>>”Kapitalverlust”, “Einbuße an Kapital” o.ä, findet sich auch so in diversen WBs Now for: “Non-capital loss” Definition: “Non-capital loss includes unused losses from office, employment, business or property, and unused allowable business investment losses (ABIL). “ http://www.taxtips.ca/glossary.htm#NonCapLoss >>>bisher nicht geltend gemachte Kapitaleinbußen/Kapitalverluste Erklärung: “Similarly, if your business has a non-capital loss (defined as when your expenses exceed your income for the business) in any year, consider when you can best use this loss to decrease your income tax bill before you use it. Non-capital losses can be used to offset other personal income in any given tax year, can be carried back three years, or carried forward for up to seven years. It may make more sense for you to carry your non-capital loss back to recover income tax you've already paid, or to carry it forward to offset a larger tax bill in the future than it does to use it in the tax year the capital loss occurred.” http://taxtime.about.com/od/tipstricks/a/taxstrategies.htm Das folgende Steuerlexikon hilft vielleicht auch: http://www.pinkernell.de/glossary.htm#Capital_Loss Da diese Erkenntnisse aber wirklich nicht auf Wissen sondern nur Research beruhen, bitte mit Vorsicht genießen und auf Kommentare warten! -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2321 days (2013-07-29 00:01:46 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Korrektur!: nicht der Kapitalsphäre zuzuordnende Verluste |
