So würde ich das hier verstehen. Es werden ja in einer Eigentümergemeinschaft von der Hausverwaltung normalerweise Rücklagen gebildet für unerwartete Reparaturen etc. und Abschlagszahlungen wären dann z.B. für Strom, Heizung etc. zu leisten. |
