English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Accounting / Billing Services Agreement | | English term or phrase: billing agent | Hallo!
In einem Billing Services Agreement wird die dienstleistende Partei als "Billing Agent" bezeichnet. Hierzu hatte ich zunächst "Abrechnungsbeauftragter" vorgesehen, der Auftraggeber möchte diesen Begriff aber für einen anderen Akteur des Vertrages, nämlich den "Collecting Agent" (als Abrechnungsbeauftragter und Zahlungsabwickler) verwendet wissen.
Nun die Frage: Wie benenne ich den "Billing Agent" (und die Tätigkeit "billing", da der Begriff Abrechnung/Abrechnungsbeauftragter schon vergeben ist)?
Der "Billing Agent" hat nach dem Vertrag folgende Aufgaben:
- processing data received with regards to invoices and computing the amounts to be billed
- preparing the relevant data to raise invoices and other documentation necessary to support invoices
- raising and issuing invoices and related information
- keeping accurate accounting records of all the data received and processed
- arranging the transfer of amounts due
- preparing statements of amounts owed by or to XXX and making this available to XXX
- preparing and sending to XXX summary statements of an overview of late and accrued payments
- raising and issuing statements
