Hier meine vorläufige Übersetzung:
Die Vertriebs-, Verwaltungs- und allgemeinen Kosten konnten reduziert werden, weil der ***im Verhältnis zu den Umsatzerlösen*** dargestellte Anstieg der Marketingkosten zur Finanzierung der Produktinitiativen durch ***im Verhälntis zu den Umsatzerlösen*** niedrigere Gemeinkosten aufgrund verbesserter Skalenvorteile und Synergieeffekten durch die XY-Akquisition mehr als ausgeglichen werden konnte.
