habe mich nun für Jahresabschluss (für financial statements) und Geschäftsbericht (für annual report) entschieden. Sorry, dass ich die Frage zu schnell dichtgemacht habe.

Ab er wahrscheinlich in umgekehrter Reihenfoge. Der Jahresabschluss kommt normalerweise hinter dem eigentlichen Geschäftsbericht.

Andrea, da hat Du wahrscheinlich zu schnell gewählt. Das 2 Mal Bericht ist unschön, ausser wenn es sich um zwei separate Dokumente handelt.

Ich glaube, financial statements ist der Pflichtteil mit den Zahlen, Bilanz, GuV etc. also der Jahresabschluss, und dieser ist im annual report enthalten, der dann noch weitere Angaben enthalten kann, den würde ich mit Geschäftsbericht übersetzen
