Explanation: So "facility costs" is going to be a restructuring charge and one "fixed asset write-off", this is what the sentence tells us.
The term "workforce reductions" sounds like paying wages for workers who worked in the facility (=Einrichtung) until it was closed. So I think "facility costs" means the running costs incurred by the facility in the same period, i.e. until it was closed. After the closure these costs were all written off because the facility no longer existed.

Asker: Perhaps I should have mentioned that these costs are part of the restructuring cost. Betriebskosten sounds very much like maintenace costs which are shown as differnet item. Thanks anyway for your help!
