Many operating companies in the Group are required by their local legislation to prepare audited statutory accounts, in accordance with their local GAAP.
These accounts – and any associated tax computations – must be prepared and submitted to the relevant regulatory authority on a timely basis.
*They should not be qualified.*
If the auditors indicate that they will *qualify your statutory accounts*, you must communicate this to XY Group Reporting beforehand.
