Mit diesem Letter of Support kann also vermieden werden, dass die Bilanz bei der Prüfung den Vermerk "vorläufig/mit Vorbehalt" bekommt (danke, Claus!) weil die operative Gesellschaft Rückhalt vom Konzern bekommt, dass alle Bilanzen korrekt und richtlinienkonform erstellt wurden. Oder? Ist das dann tatsächlich sowas wie ein Empfehlungsschreiben?

Dass ein letter of support auch hier eine Patronatserklärung ist, scheint mir relativ sicher. Mit dem "Verfahren der..." Bin ich aber nicht glücklich.
Beispieltext aus einem WP-Testat:
