Der ganze Satz:
When the excess is negative, a bargain purchase gain is recognised immediately in profit or loss.

Wie kann ein Übeschuss negativ sein? Ich habe auch mit dem zweiten Teil Probleme, da ich nicht ganz sicher bin, was ein "bargain purchase gain" ist.

Mein Versuch soweit:
Im Falle eines negativen Unterschiedsbetrags wird der Gewinn des vorteilhafteren Preises erfolgswirksam erfasst.
