Der ganze Satz lautet:
The consideration transferred does not include amounts related to the settlement of pre-existing relationships.

Die Überschrift des ganzen Abschnitts ist "Acquisitions on or after 1 January 20xx"

"Abwicklung von bereits vorher bestandenen Geschäftsbeziehungen" vielleicht? Auch das transferred verwirrt mich hier ehrlich gesagt ein wenig.
