I thought about Rechenschaftspflicht für Vermögenswerte or maybe Verantwortlichkeit für Vermögenswerte.... I cannot find any specific translation in either my references (Woywode, Schäfer, Beck) nor LEO. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Dass das keine verbindliche Verpflichtung, sondern eine Strategie ist, geht aus dem Bezug auf die GAAPs hervor. Die IAS ist im EU-Bereich erst ab 2005 verpflichtend. |
