Explanation:
und manuelle und/oder automatische Ausgleichung von Salden grenzüberschreitend ermöglichen. (statt Null-Bestand könnte Null-Saldo stehen, aber dass finde ich wegen einer anderen Bedeutung störend)

Der genauen deutschen Ausdrücken bin ich nicht sicher, aber im wesentlichen geht es darum, dass die Salden zu Null ausgeglichen werden sollen.
