Ich weiß nicht, wofür xxxx steht, aber ich gehe mal davon aus, es sind irgendwelche Qualitätsrichtlinien.

Da fehlt m.E. ein Bindestrich zur Verdeutlichung - "better-quality disclosure". "disclosure" bezieht sich m.E. auf die Offenlegungs-/Publizitätspflichten des Unternehmens, wodurch sich im Zusammenspiel mit "this year" die Schlussfolgerung ergibt, dass es hier um die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses in höherer Qualität geht.
Wofür steht XXXX? Ein Rationalisierungsprogramm, eine neue Software, ein neues Verfahren ... ??
