I have a text to proofread which has been translated from German into English but only have the English version.

It is a marketing brochure for an IT Management Consultancy based in Germany.

It uses the phrases

Above the line / Below the line

Neither of these phrases mean anything to me and a direct translation back into German doesn't suggest anything. Any ideas? This headline is shown in a table with the following phrases displayed:
