Es geht nicht allein um Auftragsabwicklung, vielmehr sind sämtliche vertriebs- und dienstleistungsnahe Aktivitäten gemeint, z. B. gehört auch Professional Services dazu. Der Mann hat viel zu tun: Sales und Services! Für solche Jobs gibt es aber ein sattes Schmerzensgeld.

Für "Sales" und "Service" kannst du auch deutsche Begriffe nehmen, das würde ich jedoch mit dem Auftraggeber abstimmen. Jede Firma hat so ihre Vorlieben: Die eine zieht "Vertrieb" vor, die andere findet "Sales" cool.
