The ***‘Journey to Zero’*** initiative was started by xxx, Canada, in 2003. The aim of the project is to focus the entire organisation on continually improving all aspects of Health and Safety, and in particular reducing the rate of accidents.
Since the start of the initiative, xxx’s performance has improved significantly. In August of 2007, the entire Company went 100 days with zero lost-time injuries, a first for this huge 730-acre facility that produces high value-added steel products. This accomplishment demonstrates that the Company’s goal is achievable.

Das kann man im Interesse der deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens durchaus übersetzen - das Unternehmen befindet sich auf dem Weg zum Ziel "Null Unfälle". Ich würde genau umgekehrt wie Erika vorgehen, den englischen Slogan einmal mit Übersetzung nennen und dann nur noch die Übersetzung verwenden (der "Eigenname" hat ja schließlich nicht den Stellenwert eines Firmennamens oder einer Marke).
Ein ähnliches englisches Motto findet sich übrigens unter http://www.angloplatinum.com/investor_media/im_annual_rep/ar... (OTTO - Zero Tolerance, Target Zero - wobei die beiden Os eigentlich Nullen darstellen).
