English term or phrase: just the facts
This is a heading. Can anyone come up with something else other than "die reinen Fakten" or "Tatsachen" or "die wichtigsten Fakten (or) Tatsachen". Thanks a lot in advance !

Just a thought - I don't know if that'll fit into your text. Gets away a bit from the "facts", but does convey the idea that the text following the header pertains to just the essential facts.
Hope it helps.

No clear answer, just more info

Explanation:
This English expression comes from the 1950s US police series "Dragnet", with Sergeant Joe Friday, who was famous for his interrogation leadoff line "The facts, ma'am, just the facts". "Dragnet" was shown on German TV under the title "Der Polizeibericht meldet" and was also the inspiration for the German police series "Stahlnetz".

I've found three German translations for Joe's line, but I can't find out for sure which, if any, was actually used in "Polizeibericht" or "Stahlnetz":

"nur die Fakten"

"nur die dürren Fakten"

"nur die Tatsachen, Madam, bitte!"

http://www.tvder60er.de/tvserien/tvser069.htm

It would be appropriate to use the exact line from "Polizeibericht" or "Stahlnetz" for your translation if you or anyone else can find it. If not, it might be best to keep it simple and stay as close as you can to the Dragnet idea because your client will appreciate your following the connotation of the original text.

Perhaps just: ". . . nur die Fakten . . ."

HTH
