I know this has been asked before, but there are simply to many options and I am not sure of the proper wording:

All motors supplied as part of the facility and it’s associated systems shall amply supply power to drive their respective components and shall not ** operate at more then 80% of their duty cycle** under normal working conditions.

These motors are part of a manufacturing facility for airplane parts.

Explanation:
Bei Elektromotoren spricht man m.E. von "Relative Einschaltdauer (ED) und nicht von Arbeitszyklus (dieser Begriff gilt auf einer anderen Ebene). Simit:
... mit einer höheren relativen Einschaltdauer als 80% betrieben werden....
Im anderen Fall:
... mit mehr als 80% ihrer Maximalleistung betrieben werden ...

I did some further research an decided to go with Auslastung after finding "Auslastungsgrad " in Ernst

agree  asptech: als Nichtdeutscher möchte ich Dir nicht widersprechen, ich habe einfach "Arbeitszyklus" = duty cycle in meinem Wörterbuch gefunden
