@Thomas: Deine Quelle für das konkurrierende Agree ist eine Nennung einer Kalman-Korrekturmatrix in einem Titel aus Stuttgart. In www.ki.informatik.hu-berlin.de/ lehre/ss06/kogrob/KR0506-Weltmodell-kurz.pdf ist auf Folie 116 eine Kalman-Gewinn-Matrix (gain matrix) erklärt. Wer kann es besser?

Explanation:
Hallo an alle die sich hier beteiligen. Da Herr Kalman sein Papier zu seinem Filter 1960 in englischer Sprache verfasst hat, sind alle bisher gefundenen Lösungen Übersetzungen, die sich jemand schon lange vor uns ausgedacht hat. Ich habe übrigens in diesem Zusammenhang auch den Ausdruck Gewichtsmatrix gefunden. Gain scheint ja wohl das Problem zu sein. Gewinn, Zuwachs, Verstärkung liegen da durchaus nahe. Betrachtet man aber wie ein Kalmanfilter arbeitet ( im Groben), so machen diese Bezeichnungen nicht unbedingt Sinn. Ziel eines Kalmanfilters ist es eine möglichst genau Vorhersage eines Zustandes in der Zukunft zu erhalten. Man versucht zum Beispiel den Verschleiß eines Lagers unter bestimmten Betriebsbedingungen abzuschätzen. Die Vorhersage ist als Modell im Kalmanfilter abgelegt. Nach einer bestimmten Zeit wird ein Ist-Zustand mit dieser Vorhersage verglichen. Die festgestellte Abweichung geht nun in die nächste Vorhersage mit ein, um sie genauer zu machen. Es findet also eine Korrektur der Vorhersage statt. Ich denke genau darum geht es hier.
Mein Wissen basiert auf einer früheren Tätigkeit im Bereich der Militärfliegerei, wo u.a. Navigationsgeräte mit Kalmanfiltern arbeiten.
