im Flugzeug sind an guten Sitzen Kopfstützen angebracht die man anpassen kann, nach oben und unten (height adjustable) und nach links und rechts auf Höhe der Ohren (ear-fitted), man biegt die Kopfstützen nach vorne und passt sie somit seiner eigenen persönliche Kopfform an.

Kann man als "ergonomisch" bezeichnen, also im ganzen :
"höhenverstellbare ergonomische Kopfstützen"
