Ich würde zu Pflanzenwissenschaften tendieren, denn die Biotechnologie ist nur ein Teil davon (siehe Link). Es deckt auch die Pflanzenschutzindustrie ab. Und da es hier auch viel Politisches und negative Meinungen gibt, würde ich es neutral halten.
