English term or phrase: wheel hoe (push-pull hoe)
I would greatly appreciate some help on the term above. Here is the context:

"Wheel hoe (push-pull hoe) to weed between the lines, or in gravel ways (coating semi-hard)".

A wheel hoe would be Radhacken, I think, but how could "push-pull hoe" best be described?
