Vielen Dank an alle! Besonders auch an Michaela, deren Hinweis sehr aufschlussreich ist. In meinem Kontext passt jedoch das simple Kinderzimmer besser, deswegen habe ich mich für Brigittes Vorschlag entschieden.

Explanation:
"Nanny's Room" würde ich wie im obigen Vorschlag mit "Kindermädchenzimmer" übersetzen.

Bei "Nursery" handelt es sich jedoch um ein Zimmer, dass für Babys und Kleinkinder geeignet ist. Häufig zeichnen sich diese Zimmer dadurch aus, dass sie sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Elternschlafzimmers befinden.

Sehr kleine Zimmer werden in Bauplänen häufig als "nursery" bezeichnet; häufig, wenn sie zu klein sind, um als Kinderzimmer zu gelten.
