Edith hat recht, dass "regal" an sich königlich bedeutet, aber hier muss man das Wort m.E. nicht wörtlich übersetzen:
Alternativen wären (hoch)elegant, stattlich, prächtig, Hotel der Extraklasse usw.

In der Tat werden viele Hotels als "prachtvoll" bezeichnet - es kommt aber natürlich auf den Anspruch der jewiligen Herberge an.
