Liebe Kollegen,

in einem Fachbeitrag für eine Konferenz eines Museenverbandes:

"Conversely, the one growth area has been in centralised bureaucracy. We have suffered a tyranny of top-down targetolatry."

Ich denke an so etwas wie "Zielausrichtung", aber vielleicht weiß jemand eine knackige in der Politik verwendete Begriffshülse?

oder Zielwertanbetung, Quantifizierungswut (wenn's nicht so religiös sein soll, je nach Zielgruppe)
Es geht ja wohl in erster Linie darum, dass diese Leute noch Qualität vor Quantität schätzen, nun aber alles belegen und mehr oder weniger intelligente Zielwerte erfüllen müssen
