"Contract Project Runner".

Weitere Beispiele aus demselben Lebenslauf:
"Involvement: Job runner. Production of tender construction information."
"Involvement: Intermediate job runner. Production of construction information."

Ich verstehe unter "runner" eher ein Art "Mädchen für Alles". In diesem Fall scheint es sich aber um leitende Positionen zu handeln.

Vielleicht wird im Bereich der Innenarchitektur "runner" tatsächlich als Bezeichnung für einen Projektleiter verwendet. Ich musste jedenfalls sofort an den "show runner" denken, der im US-Fernsehen die wichtigste Person bei der Produktion einer Fernsehserie ist:

I think you are correct. Although not very common, the term appears to be used in the UK and also in India for a person who "runs" a project. From the link below:

"We are a busy practice near the Oval looking for a project architect / job runner with proven experience in contract administration and JCT contract forms, for very detailed, high end residential work.

Applicants should have excellent project management and detailing skills. AutoCAD essential. The role would suit a qualified Part III architect with residential experience and good people skills."

Ja, auf jeden Fall. Aus eigener Erfahrung kenne ich "s/he runs the show" natürlich auch. Allerdings ist mir der Ausdruck in einer Stellenausschreibung hier noch nie begegnet.
