Art/Literary - Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting / museum hierarchy | | English term or phrase: trustee, board of trustees in a museum | | The larger museums like the Metropolitan in New York or the Getty in Los Angeles have "trustees" and a "board of trustees", but google research seems to indicate that there is no such thing as a "Museumstreuhänder" or a "Treuhändergremium" in a museum. Is google wrong, or is there a museum-specific translation for those terms? Or are they just "Verwaltungsratsmitglieder" in "Verwaltungsräten"? Anyone any ideas? |
