English term or phrase: twist

TWIST - Twist is turning and rotating of a balloon. It divides the balloon into different sections for further shape making. Beginners may start with squeezing the balloon into different sections as described in D1. As a general remark, always starts from mouth end so that the air inside could move to the end of the balloon where there is an uninflated section for air movement.
Start with squeezing the balloon into different sections. (If you are experienced with balloon making, you may skip this step and twist directly on the balloon body.)
Hold one section of the balloon, twist the adjacent section in three or more full rotations. A twisted balloon with different sections is made.
