Carpa diem!

neutral  Stephania Heine: 'carpe diem' you mean...:)
12 mins
-> Well, may be I misunderstand "carpe diem." // Oops! There are more Google hits with "carpe diem" than "carpa diem"!

agree  silvia glatzhofer: "Carpe" ansonsten find ich das als "Blindübersetzung" gut - as good as it can get without context
38 mins
-> Danke, Silvia.

agree  Kathinka van de Griendt: I like John Denver too - but didn't we have this question a few months ago?
1 hr
-> Thanks, Kathinka. You see, both English and German are not my mother tongue and I didn't have a Latin education. I just felt it and made a guess. I didn't know that there was a question few months ago.

2 hrs
-> Vielen Dank, Hans. Irgendwann kommen wir noch beim Käsefondue zusammen.

agree  Olaf Reibedanz: Gute Idee, Wenjer!
8 hrs
  -> Danke Olaf.

// By the way, I like "Make sure your copy sizzles," although it jumps up in Chinese.

agree  Olaf Reibedanz: Na dann... Prost!
