“Health control” entspricht einer bestimmten Thermostat-Einstellung, die die Frische der angebotenen Artikel gewährleistet, d.h. für die richtige Temperatur sorgt, damit die angebotenen Lebensmittel nicht verderben und gesundheitsschädlich werden.
Ich würde das “Frischregulierung” oder "Frischhalte-Option" nennen oder sogar Kühlthermostat (also:"... bei aktiviertem Kühlthermostat..")
