Ja, das scheint mir ein sehr ungebräuchlicher Englischer Ausdruck zu sein. Im Zusammenhang mit fatigue tester (Ermüdungs- oder Dauerprüfer), könnte die Ermüdung eines Autorades bei Biegebeanspruchung gemeint sein.
"Auto" könnte allerdings auch für "automatisch" stehen, dann könnte es eine "Gerät zur automatischen Radbiegebeanspruchung" sein, falls "auto wheel bending" a part of the list of comodity sein sollte. Das könnte allerdings gut mit dem Ermüdungsprüfer passen ;-).
In der Automobiltechnik ist der Begriff mir noch nicht begegnet. Manchmal spricht man von "wheel bending stress".

Explanation:
If this is really ONLY testing equipment to be shipped, I guess Holger is right.
There is another option, though. This alternative is the REPAIR of bent aluminum wheels. This is definitely the more common application.
So if you have a set of testing machines, go for Holger's version. Otherwise give this a good thought.
As the meaning of "auto" is not very clear here, another possibility is
