Nach meinem Verständnis betont "Pflanzengesundheitzeugnis", dass die Pflanzen frei von Krankheitserregern sind, wohingegen "Pflanzenschutzzeugnis" besagt, dass sie mit Pflanzenschutzmitteln behandelt worden sind, um Krankheitserreger abzutöten - es kommt auf den Kontext an, welche Bedeutung passender ist, "Pflanzengesundheitszeugnis" ist jedenfalls positiver ausgedrückt |
