This is the second sentence in the Risk Factors document, also under the heading "Currency Risk":

In addition, fixed rate Sterling Collateral Debt Securites may not be hedged on an individual basis into a floating Sterling rate, but may be included in the overall determination of the amount of fixed rate assets taken into account in determining the net interest rate hedge to be put in place on the Closing Date at least to the extent required by the Rating Agencies, notwithstanding the additional currency risk.

Again, I would be extremely grateful for any help with this "monster" ...

Same assumptions as for your preceding query. You may want to add a comment that "hedge" is not exactly the term for a fixed/variable swap; "to swap into..." would be more precise.

"Darüber hinaus werden fest verzinsliche Pfund-Sterling-Deckungsanleihen möglicherweise nicht jeweils einzeln [durch einen entsprechenden Zinssatz-Swap] in einen variablen Sterling-Zinssatz abgesichert, sondern in die Feststellung des Mindest-Gesamtbetrages an fest verzinslichen Vermögenswerten einbezogen, für die am Schlusstag nach Maßgabe der Rating-Agenturen (und ohne Berücksichtigung zusätzlicher Währungsrisiken) eine Netto-Zinssicherung benötigt wird."
