English term or phrase: walk-in conversion rate/top and bottom line
...In the stores, we've seen our walk-in conversion rate increase significantly. It will lead to an improvement in our top and bottom line.

German translation:Besucher Conversion Rate
Explanation:
Depending on your audience, you might leave "conversion rate" in English - it does get some Google hits. Otherwise, "Umwandlungsquote der Besucher" might work - "Umwandlungsquote" also gets you Google hits.

The \"top line\" is, of course, the sales volume/revenue - so \"Umsatz.\" Similarly, \"the bottom line\" is a classic and hackneyed term for profit or earnings - so, \"Gewinn.\"
