Statt "Same-Store-Umsatzentwicklung" evtl. "Umsatzentwicklung (bezogen auf Filialen, die seit mindestens einem Jahr bestehen)" o.ä.

Das ist im Deutschen alles sehr schwerfällig und kann sicherlich verfeinert werden. Der wichtige Punkt ist: "same-store" bedeutet, dass nur Geschäfte in die Betrachtung/Berechnung einfließen, die seit mindestens einem Jahr Bestand haben.
