The due proportion for which each of Us, the Underwriters, is liable shall be ascertained by reference to his share, as shown in said List, of the Amount, Percentage or Proportion of the total of said loss insured hereunder which is in the Table set opposite the definitive number of the Syndicate of which such Underwriter is a Member.
In a legal context, "maßgeblich" seems more appropriate. Also, if it is "numbers" I suggest "Daten" (maybe Zahlen) which seems appropriate as table entries.
