neutral  Endre Both: Ich wäre schon der Meinung, dass es zwischen Inflation (in der die Hauspreise natürlich auch erfasst sind) und Immobilienpreisen in der Theorie durchaus einen ursächlichen Zusammenhang geben kann (es ist eine Detailfrage, wie wahrscheinlich das ist).
