The program offers eligibility for new hire option grants. The company also conducts an annual stock option refresh exercise. All employees are eligible for consideration to receive such option grants on an annual review basis. You must have been employed a minimum of 6 months to be eligible for the refresh grant process.
-> I am not sure about the exact translation of "grant" used as a noun in this context (is it simply Bezugsrecht?)and if anyone would have an idea for the "refresh exercise" I would be most grateful.
