I don't think that this is the cash-flow ratio (CFR), defined as "Kurs der Aktie : Cash-flow pro Aktie x 100". It sounds more like "Cash-flow/Aktienpreis-Verhältnis.

"Cash-flow pro Aktie", defined as "Cash-flow : Grundkapital der AG x 100" doesn't seem right either. ("Es wird berechnet, indem man den Cashflow durch die Aktienanzahl dividert.")
