Im impairement test wird der aktuelle Goodwill einer Beteilgung berechnet und wenn sich ein geringerer als der gebuchte Wert ergibt ist der Goodwill weiter abzuschreiben. Meines Wissens gibt es kein dt. Wort für Goodwill
