Kann man "investment holding company" mit Anlage(n)holdinggesellschaft übersetzen? In meinen Nachschlagewerken wird "investment holding" mit Anlagebestand/Anteilsbesitz übersetzt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher.

Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es hier eher um ein Vermögensverwaltungsunternehmen im Stile einer Private Equity firm handelt. Also um eine Gesellschaft, die wie ein Investmentfonds für ihre beteiligten Anleger in Unternehmen investiert, dabei jedoch oft eine beherrschende Kontrolle ausübt und die Unternehmen, an sie Beteiligungen hält im Management unterstützt.
